As a health professional, it is our duty to provide you with support and guidance to empower you to live your dream life with energy, confidence, and strength.  We have seen it with our members during the tough times, and my mission is to serve as many people as I can by providing a safe and non-intimidating space for you to train, get healthy and fit so you can live a kick-ass life with clarity, certainty, and courage during times of uncertainty.

6-Week Challenge takes you from spending your spare time on the couch to moving with confidence, rehabilitating any injury, gaining lean muscle, and dropping some dress sizes.

It’s a small and private coaching environment with a maximum of 10 participants.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

  • We start a 1-1 strategy consult to understand what you really want for yourself and provide you with a strategy. The outcome? We build the foundation of your training and nutrition program to help you achieve your fitness goals.

  • Over the next 6 weeks, you will have unlimited access to our classes at our Richmond studio.

    It’s you, no more than 9 others, and 1 coach in a non-intimidating environment. Because exercise doesn’t have to be a chore, scary, or in a sea of people.

  • 6-Week Fat-Loss Meal Plan with recipes and a grocery list to help you get started.

  • Weekly check-in with your coach to see how your food, mindset, and training are progressing and make sure you're on track
  • Weekly progress photo and measurement to track your progress.  

HERE'S HOW WE DO IT:

  • Your account is credited with unlimited sessions to be used in the 6 weeks.
    However, we recommend 3 x a week at the start depending on your level of fitness.

  • Sessions are programmed and delivered by certified and highly qualified, non-intimidating human coaches (no TV’s here)  that break down all the movements for you. Our programs are written by us with your goals in mind.

  • All sessions are safe, effective, and efficient, 60 minutes. We’ll show you how to strength train safely and work on your progressions from couch to fit.

  • We will modify movements to suit anyone with injuries, restrictions, or level of experience

  • Need rehab? We’ll teach you how strength training and mobility can help ease that pain.

  • We laugh, a lot...it has to be fun :)

    Bonus: We guarantee you’ll make new friends along the way.
