Are You The Problem?

Most people I talk to want to lose weight. Whether it’s Covid weight, lockdown weight, baby weight…whatever you call it, they’ve experienced some time struggling, feeling unhappy, feeling lost, and/or tired of not getting sustainable results.

The problem is not the weight gain!

It’s not the lockdown, or the pandemic, or post-pregnancy body, or whatever excuses you can come up with.

I almost guarantee you that most of you are following multiple coaches and enjoying the free content and training you’re receiving to educate yourselves on the things you need to know to get fitter, healthier, stronger, and sexier.

When it comes to applying it, a lot of you are still not getting results, at least not manageable, life-long, sustainable results…

…sooooo you keep looking, searching, asking, starting and stopping and starting again, for years!

Here’s the problem with you….

You get pumped about starting a new plan, a new diet.

You tell yourself you will commit this time…the problem is, you’re committing to the wrong thing.

😩 Restricting more certain foods

😩 Going from zero to hero with your exercise routine

😩 Cutting carbs and sugar because “it’s fattening”

And within a few short weeks, you’re back to square one because it didn’t work, just like the rest of the previous programs (how much money have you spent by now?).

All you’re doing is piling up more sh*t that does not work!


Because none of these programs ever fits who you are and your lifestyle! At least not consistently, not without more struggles.

The ones that give you no guilt feelings when you pig out on a burger, pasta, bread, ice cream, pizza, or whatever food you feel like eating.

The one that is sustainable, and helps you enjoy life.

It’s simple.

Not complicated.

The choice is yours.
