WHAT IS INVOLVED IN THE FREE SESSION?
No matter your shape, size, age, level of experience or abilities are, we are here to give you the attention you need to help you get started. Everyone who walks in to Core Strength is a beginner at one point, we promise that we will guide you every step of the way.
The aim of your free trial session is introduce you to our programming and class structure. We will teach you some of the basic foundational movements we use in class with safe technique to minimise injuries but still get the most out of your workout. Please don’t worry, we won’t be asking you to do anything that will be too crazy or too hard on your body. Regardless of your level of fitness or training experience, you will perform all the movements set out for the workout of the day. Intensity, load and movements will be modified if required in your trial session to keep you safe while still working hard at your own pace. We promise you will walk out with new knowledge, a good sweat and maybe a few new gym buddies.
We ask that you come in 10 minutes early to class so we can show you where you can place your personal belongings, introduce you to the coach and some of the members and make you feel super welcomed before we start on time. Please bring a water bottle, a towel and be ready to train and have fun.
At the end of your class trial, we’ll check in to see how you felt you went, answer any questions you may have and discuss the next step for you to continue your training.
