This Challenge is designed to build new healthy habits and improve overall strength and fitness whilst boosting your confidence in and out of the gym. You will be fully guided by experienced coaches who are highly focused on safe and correct movement technique to prevent injuries and reduce current aches and pain.
Open to beginners and intermediate fitness levels, even if you haven’t trained in a while or are coming back from an injury. Classes are capped; you will feel like a Personal Training session in a group environment. This is your opportunity to improve your overall health and fitness in a non-intimidating environment where you will be fully guided. You will never feel lost and you will never workout alone!
Within the first few classes, you will understand how strength training has a huge and positive impact in your everyday life. You will learn how to be strong in your training without feeling pain on your back, hips, shoulders or knees.
Core engagement and breathing correctly is vital in strength training, our coaches will show you every step of the way to get you the results and experience you are looking for.
